At RPM, we don’t like to drag out the process. We’re focused on making sure that the role is right for the individual and the company. Our goal from any hire is an ongoing, long term, positively beneficial relationship. We protect our culture and appreciate those who contribute to its growth. We want to make the best hiring decisions possible which we will do as fast as we can.

Does RPMGlobal have graduate or intern programs?

RPM runs Graduate programs for Mining Engineers and Computer Science/Mathematics graduate up to twice a year in our Consulting and Development Divisions. These opportunities are advertised on our Careers website. We also have intern positions regularly for other parts of the business.
